• Site Start-up Process – Investigator’s meeting & site initiation training
• Study Implementation – Lap Management
• Study Implementation – IP
• Study Implementation – Preparation for patient visit
• Study Implementation – Source document
• Study Implementation – CRF Completion & responding to data quenries
• Study Implementation – Dealing with CRA & Auditor

วันที่ 3 

• Study Implementation – Safety recording & reporting (AE, SAE, PD, Pregnancy) 
• Financial Reimbursement (Flow & Process)
• Assignment Group

ซึ่งวันสุดท้าย เป็นการบรรยายพร้อมกับทำ Workshop ตามหัวข้อ

• Financial Reimbursement
• Consent Process
• Safety Report 
• CRF Completion 

โดยผู้เข้าอบรมทุกท่านได้มีส่วนร่วมในการทดลองปฎิบัติงานจริง ได้ลองเขียนใบเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายของโครงการวิจัย การขอความยินยอม การรายงานความปลอดภัย ตามสถานการณ์ที่จำลองไว้ให้ และการกรอกแบบบันทึกข้อมูลงานวิจัย หลังจากนั้นได้มีการแชร์ความรู้ที่ได้เรียนไปทั้งหมดของผู้เข้าอบรม และให้ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อควรระวังเพิ่มเติมจากวิทยากร ซึ่งเป็นไปอย่างเป็นกันเองและสนุกสนาน
